Writer-in-Residence can help your school implement theMagical Writes program by:

• modeling lessons for teachers with their own classes
• working with teachers and helping them to individualize lessons
• custom designing prompts and rubrics
• conferencing with small groups of children
• organizing the Writing Party - a unique method of evaluation and diagnosis of student writing
• presenting assemblies for grade levels
• working with your school to create a Literary Magazine
• doing Poetry Workshop
• being there to answer your questions!
